COVID -19

On behalf of the safety of all, I remain vigilant in my daily monitoring of news-worthy trends,updates and recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html, as well as, local and state health officials.  As a result, my clients may receive an extra phone call regarding an upcoming appointment.
 

Approximately 24 to 48 hours before an appointment, expect a brief call to discuss whether there are new guidelines applicable to massage therapy.  I will also discuss whether or not rescheduling the appointment is appropriate.  For instance, an appointment should be reschedule if in the past 14 days, the following have been experienced:

  • Fever 101*F
  • Unexplained body aches or pain 
  • Coughing
  • Sore throat
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chills with or without body aches
  • Recent loss of sense of smell or taste
  • Unexplained sores on soles of feet
  • Unusual fatigue 
  • Non-allergy related runny nose

Please know, should I experience any of the above, I will immediately contact a client to discuss rescheduling the appointment.
